I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for being so nice and for being informative during the inspection of this house. Even though my wife and I decided not to buy this home after the inspection was done, I believe the information you presented in this inspection was worth it.

Hi...I got the report. Thanks. I am faxing everything to my brother, who understands this stuff, and I would love to talk to you again and get your opinion, if you don't mind.

My agent in sending over the structural people, who did the initial repairs, as well as someone to look at the electric box back over to the house. We've extended the deadline to Monday at midnight...so anyway, I'll ask you what you think when I talk to you.

The owner of the Glen Crest house is willing to do the repairs on the house. I am also checking on the appraisal as well.

The time and effort you put into the inspection process and the way you explained things was nothing less than exemplary, not to mention very accurate.

During my search for a home inspector, I found that there was a wide variety of inspectors out there with all kinds of claims of experience. Quite frankly, the selection process is not easy and a person could very easily think that all inspectors and inspections are the same. Well, this is my third home and believe me, this is by far my most pleasant experience and the most educated and informed about what I was buying!

I did choose you because of experience and not because of price. Knowing what I know now, I would say that I have underpaid for your services and am glad for having the fortitude to do so.
